Quality Assurance

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Fresher to join our team. In this role, you will assist in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards by conducting various tests, identifying issues, and helping improve processes. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level candidates looking to start a career in QA and gain hands-on experience in software testing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the creation and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
2. Conduct manual testing on software applications to identify issues and verify functionality.
3. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and specifications.
4. Report bugs, issues, and defects accurately, with detailed documentation.
5. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions about testing strategies and improvements.
6. Assist with regression testing, verifying bug fixes, and ensuring stability before releases.
7. Learn and apply basic QA methodologies, best practices, and tools.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: No prior work experience is required, but internships or coursework in software testing are a plus.
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
4. Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
5. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
6. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
7. Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) or testing frameworks is a plus.
